Summary

Chenega Naswik International is seeking a skilled Program Manager to join our team in the National Capital Region to manage and oversee a large, multi-site, armed security program for DoD.

 

This position is contingent upon contract award


Responsibilities

  • Manage the program to ensure achievement of objectives including customer satisfaction, contract compliance including the submittal of deliverables, and adherence to budget and work schedule.
  • Establish and maintain strong, cooperative and supportive business working relationships with customer stakeholders.
  • Manage compliance with collective bargaining agreements and maintain positive working relationships with organized labor
  • Adapt to and support changing requirements including heightened security conditions, emergent needs or special events
  • Maintain quality service delivery and favorable customer evaluations
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Five years of recent experience in managing armed security forces across geographically disparate facilities
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Active DoD TS clearance with SCI eligibility
  • An undergraduate or higher degree in management, business, security or a law enforcement related field is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with government stakeholders, contracting staff, and team members
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Detailed knowledge of DoD Mission Assurance strategies and principles including Force Protection and Emergency Management
  • Exhibit strong leadership skills and build rapport with key stakeholders.
