We actively strive to channel our highly engaged employee’s knowledge, critical thinking, innovative solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the health and efficiency of IT infrastructure by monitoring systems, networks, and hardware performance, resolving technical issues, and delivering responsive support to end users.
  • Oversee the performance, maintenance, and availability of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, systems, and hardware, ensuring minimal downtime and rapid response to technical issues through effective troubleshooting and user support.
  • Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and federal partners to manage the full lifecycle of IT systems, applications, and enterprise software solutions, ensuring they meet mission requirements, security standards, and operational efficiency goals.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of a robust cybersecurity framework that proactively safeguards critical infrastructure, applications, and data against evolving threats, cyberattacks, and unauthorized access.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive IT security policies, procedures, and protocols in alignment with federal regulations (e.g., FISMA, NIST 800-53), agency-specific requirements, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and governance.
  • Conduct routine system security reviews, including audits, vulnerability scans, risk assessments, and penetration testing, to identify potential weaknesses and enforce timely remediation plans that enhance the organization’s security posture.
  • Provide strategic direction in aligning IT operations with cybersecurity goals, fostering a culture of security awareness and accountability among staff, and ensuring all activities support the agency's broader mission and compliance mandates.
  • Bring proven experience managing IT operations and system security within an Agile development environment, ensuring flexible, iterative solutions that align with evolving customer and mission needs.
  • Desired expertise includes experience with tools such as Splunk, Tenable, and Microsoft SCCM to support proactive monitoring, vulnerability detection, patch management, and endpoint security.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Active Top Secret security clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a closely related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in IT management, including direct oversight of complex IT systems and infrastructure.
  • IAM Level III certification required.
  • Preferred certifications: CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), or CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), or equivalent credentials in IT and cybersecurity.
  • Ability to report onsite daily to the customer's site in Boyers, PA.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and with others.
  • A strong background in financial services is preferred, along with hands-on technical proficiency and the ability to deliver strategic solutions that support growth and innovation.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to drive performance and resolve challenges.
