Job Description

Summary

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the guard force personnel at their designated location.

 

This position is contingent upon contract award


Responsibilities

  • Supervise Shift Supervisors and hourly staff, ensuring compliance with access control, visitor support, alarm response, and dispatch operations.
  • Collaborate with Shift Supervisor and Project Manager to meet contract objectives.
  • Ensure personnel comply with training requirements.
  • Conduct security inspections and practical drills/exercises as needed.
  • Manage and coordinate contract-specific requirements; serve as POC for the government.
  • Oversee all guard service activities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Holds a DoD Secret security clearance.
  • Possesses five years of management experience, ideally within a civilian police force, military police force, or civilian security guard organization.
  • Proven experience in supervising guard force personnel.
